As you put together your benefits package and throughout the year, you often have questions or a need for advice on how to comply with certain laws and how to administer and interpret your plans.  With our in-house compliance staff, we can answer your questions, create your plan documents and advise you about changes to the laws and regulations that affect your plans.

Benecon has developed model forms, policies and processes that you can use to administer your employee benefit plans. We can be your employee benefits legal department and provide you with the expertise that you need.  Our Compliance Division works closely with the Actuarial and Consulting Divisions to bring you the legal knowledge and the insurance industry experience needed to comply with employee benefits laws, to administer your group benefit plans, and to answer your questions and your employees’ questions about these plans.
